I’m Luiza - and I help high-achieving adults who feel stuck in anxiety, perfectionism or self-criticism. I use trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion, I help you move from surviving to actually living.
But here’s why this work is different for me: I’m not just trained in trauma - I’ve lived it. I’ve personally navigated:
• attachment trauma & emotional inconsistencies
• years of anxiety and perfectionism
• the exhaustion of holding everything together on the outside
I know what it feels like to be trapped in patterns that don’t match who you want to be. To be capable and conscientious - yet still overwhelmed inside. To feel like something is happening to you rather than with you.
This is why the core of my work is attunement.
Safety.
Pacing.
Compassion.
Corrective emotional experience.
When I say, “I really see you,” I mean it - because I’ve been where you are. And there is a way forward that doesn’t involve pushing or performing.

It’s a space I created with so much intention - a place for high-achieving, deeply feeling individuals who carry invisible wounds. A place where you don’t need to perform. Where you don’t have to be “the strong one.” Where nothing about you is “too much.” Where your nervous system is met with attunement, not expectation.
I created Mindful Track Therapy because I saw the same story over and over: brilliant, capable, caring people - people just like you - feeling stuck in old survival patterns they never chose. Patterns shaped by trauma, attachment wounds, chronic stress, or emotional loneliness. People who have done everything “right”… yet still don’t feel safe or grounded inside.
I built this space to change that. To offer trauma-informed support that is gentle, science-led, embodied, and deeply compassionate. To help hundreds of people reclaim their inner safety, clarity, and connection.

Before we go any further, I want to begin with something important - something most people never get told:
You are not broken.
Your reactions make sense.
Your nervous system is not failing you - it’s protecting you in the only way it ever learned how.
