My approach integrates online CBT, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness (MBCT) to help you process difficult experiences safely and effectively — wherever you are. At the heart of my work is the SAFE Method™ (Self-Awareness • Acceptance • Facing • Embodiment) — a mindfulness-based, body-focused framework that helps high-achieving adults move from overthinking and self-criticism to grounded clarity and self-trust. It weaves together the above approaches to help you calm your nervous system, release old patterns, and reconnect with yourself — a holistic path to feeling safe, present, and whole again.
