My approach integrates online CBT, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness (MBCT) to help you process difficult experiences safely and effectively — wherever you are.     I offer online couples therapy, bespoke Mindfulness group courses and CBT/ Mindfulness-based supervision (BAMBA and Mindfulness UK Network qualified supervisor).
