Cancellation or Rescheduling

48-Hour Notice Requirement
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services.

Cancellations with Less Than 48 Hours' Notice
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged. To avoid this fee, please contact us as soon as you know a change is needed.

No-Show Policy

If you miss a scheduled session without prior notification (a "no-show"), the full session fee will be charged. This policy helps us maintain fairness and availability for all clients while respecting the time reserved for your care.

Exceptions for Unforeseen Circumstances
