My professional journey
I have 15+ years of experience in both the NHS and private practice, supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and relationship challenges.
I’m not just a therapist who has studied trauma, I’ve lived it. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to every session, which means I meet clients with honesty, depth, and real understanding.
