Mindfulness of the Breath
An introductory Mindfulness practice - helpful in bringing you to the present moment and anchoring in the here-and-now. Notice just how does the breath really feel like in your body, acknowledge its properties with the sense of curiosity on board. We often take things for granted - such as the ever-present movement of our breath, which - like the waves of the Ocean - carries us from one moment to the next.
