I often think of resilience not as a shield that makes us invincible, but more like a muscle. It’s something we can strengthen with practice, rest when it’s strained, and rebuild if it feels worn down. Resilience isn’t about handling everything perfectly — it’s about bending without breaking, about knowing when to pause, when to lean on others, and when to remind ourselves that being human is not a flaw.
